Accept our quote and provide a surveyed site plan (1:100 or 1:200 scale) showing boundaries, retaining walls, dwelling and floor levels.
SPASA WA contract prepared and signed with deposit. Building license application submitted to local shire (2-4 weeks approval). Water Corporation application for main sewer location.
On-site inspection with our construction manager to confirm dimensions, depths, and all site works before excavation begins.
Excavation scheduled. Form, steel, and concrete poured for the shell. 7-10 day curing period. Includes temporary fencing, power points, soak-wells, and isolation fencing considerations.
Pre-plumbing installed and backfilling completed after the shell has fully cured.
Select your tiles and pool coping. Tiling completed in 2-3 days. Solar heating installed if opted. Paving and landscaping to be completed.
Interior plastered and all equipment plumbed on the same day. Pool filled over 16-36 hours.
